TRAINING MENU

Α 5-day practical course on 'Primer on microbiome analysis' was organized jointly by ARISTO and INTOMED (a PRIMA programme, intomed.bio.uth.gr) by the Lab of Plant and Environmental Biotechnology and Prof. SotiriosVasilieadis. Young scientists from both consortia participated and interacted on common research interests on soil microbiome analysis towards a sustainable agriculture. The participants dived deeper into 'metabarcoding' methodologies and microbial diversity analysis whilst using computational tools for handling the volume of sequencing data.
